Farewell to Cecilia Blye!

I’m sad to note that Cecilia Blye passed away a few weeks ago. Cecilia was a mainstay at the SEC in Corp Fin for nearly four decades. She was already serving in the Office of Chief Counsel when I joined the Staff in the late ’80s – and she was among my colleagues when I joined that office nearly a decade later.

Cecilia always had a big smile for you. A warm heart. A strong individual who served us all by serving at the SEC. We will miss you Cecilia! Here is her obituary.
