Do We Have to Amend Our Proxy If a Shareholder Withdraws Its Proposal Before the Annual Meeting?

This happens sometimes. We’ve mailed our proxy to shareholders ahead of our annual shareholders meeting – when a shareholder proponent who had submitted a shareholder proposal and placed it on the ballot – decides to withdraw the proposal. Do we have to amend our proxy?
