How to File Form 8-Ks for Delistings & Non-Compliance Notices from the Stock Exchanges

If your company decides to change the stock exchange upon which its stock is listed – or it is delisted – or receives a notice that it’s in noncompliance with listing standards – you need to file a Form 8-K under Item 3.01 with the SEC within 4 business days.
