My “Wish List” for Fixes from the SEC

Do you have a “wish list” for things you wish the SEC would take on? Would advance the ball on. I do. It’s short – and its beautiful. My five include:

  1. Straighten out the quagmire of sustainability disclosures
  2. Elicit disclosure about a company’s long- and short-term priorities
  3. Convince companies & shareholders that they truly want to engage with each other
  4. Make it easier to find a company’s disclosures
  5. Fully Plain English the SEC’s rules & regulations
