What Does “Unbundling” a Proposal Mean?

For your annual shareholders meeting, you’re going to have two broad types of proposals on the ballot. You’ll have proposals from management. And some – but not all – companies will have proposals from certain shareholders. Each proposal on the ballot must be drafted in a way so that they’re not considered to be more than one proposal.
