For purposes of the proxy statement filed with the SEC, is a corporate-owned apartment a perk?

It’s a perk if there is personal use involved.

You don’t see these disclosed much anymore – the horror stories from 15 years ago – the SEC’s enforcement actions against Tysons Food, GE and Jack Welch – dampened their acceptance long ago. But with concerns about Covid, I imagine we’ll see a comeback – it’s not as safe as it was to stay in a hotel anymore.
